  3. Demonstrate a strong history of initiative and a dogged determination to get things done, a strong work ethic and a clear appetite to build an effective business development model and pipeline that delivers both short term and long term contract acquisition targets.
  4. Demonstrate an assured, confident winning personality, be likeable, credible, professional, an ambassador, a story-teller – all with the purpose of building strong relationships that can turn leads into sales.
  5. Be articulate, highly literate, numerate and grammatically accurate with the ability to present well both in written and oral communications and be able to produce work to a high standard to support the sales process effectively.
  6. Be able to digest, empathise with and act on information from a varied prospect/client and industry base which you may know very little about initially.
  7. Be able to work independently, unsupervised and to report accurately on activity undertaken.
